Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do.  Please email for more information.  We usually ask for 1/3 or half to get started depending on the design.  You may make payments until the gown/design is paid off.  Please understand we can not ship any items until paid in full.

How do you ship a large gown?

In a very large box, each piece is covered in plastic.  We insure the packages.  Generally we ship USPS or UPS.  If you prefer another carrier then please let us know and arrangements will be made.

Will I need alterations if I order the gown online?

Generally you may need the skirt waist taken in and or a hem.  99% of the time our corsets fit beautifully and there are no need for alterations.  We still highly recommend the muslin service to avoid any mispaps for the corset fitting in the future.

Each listing may have a unique return policy and will be handled individually. In general:

Special occasion, masquerade, and prom designs are non refundable. I do allow in store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase.

All items: I am not responsible for return shipping costs or lost or stolen packages.

Custom made merchandise: There are no returns or refunds for custom made merchandise. I am always willing to work out a solution ie: alterations, exchange, or partial refund. Please email so we can work out a resolution should there ever be an issue.

Payment Plans:
All online designs must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to shipping. If picking up in the Denver, CO area you may pay for your final balance when it is finished.

Deposits:
Deposits for wedding gowns and custom created items are not refundable for any reason.

Cancelled orders. The Secret Boutique is not responsible for gowns or designs purchased for weddings that have been cancelled. Each cancellation will be handled individually. If fabrics have been ordered and work has been started on your custom gown or design any deposits will be forfeit.
